What information is collected?
Q4PR collects basic contact information of persons with whom we engage and/or do business. This information is collected from the individuals themselves, as well as from the public domain and GDPR-compliant third-party sources.
For how long is the information held?
Q4PR holds this information, securely through the use of encryption technologies for no longer than necessary and in line with General Data Protection Regulations.
Is the information shared?
Q4PR does not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the information to any third party for the purposes of marketing or selling goods and services.
Data protection is a high priority for us. We collect and process information only to assist our business. We do so in accordance with our legitimate interest in providing public affairs and public relations services to our clients.
How does this affect the individuals concerned?
All individuals are entitled to have their data recorded accurately and to have it erased. Any person may request from Q4PR what, if any, information is held by the company about them by e-mailing info@q4pr.ie.
Visiting the Q4PR website
We use Google Analytics to establish the number of visitors to our website’s different pages. It is not possible to identify users in this way and we make no attempts to do so via other means.
What are cookies?
Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your device when you visit a website. Cookies are then sent back to the originating website on each subsequent visit, or to another website that recognises that cookie (third party cookie).
In respect of the Q4 PR website, we use cookies to store information on how visitors navigate the webpage, i.e. what link has been clicked. The information is sent to our Google Analytics and we can use this to improve navigation of the webpage, and to make it more user friendly. No Third-Party Cookies are stored or created.
